Point of IMPACT Group was birthed out of a deep desire to see men and women equipped to rise up and be the leaders God fashioned them to be. POIG has developed team building and leadership seminars that apply in the marketplace, home, church and non profit ministries. POIG is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
JoAnne Meckstroth is a leader of leaders, who as been in full time ministry for twenty years. Her career in business and extensive ministry experience equips her as an eexceptional trainer, mentor and inspirational speaker.

Dianne Ward is an Aglow leader and business woman from Alaska. Her passion for knowledge fuels her curiosity to search “under the hood” of God’s engine for understanding. When she comes up for air, she tells it like it is. Her humor and wit make her a reality show on the move.
